I had FUE procedure in April this year. I have been reading on some forums that you can expect 80% regrowth by month seven and you should have a good indicator of what your result should be at this time.

I was looking at pictures of my hair the day before I went for my procedure and I can't really see any difference from then and now. I am starting to get worried that this hasn't worked. I have attached six pictures. The first three are the day before procedure and last three are where I am at now. I can only notice fringe area thicker and that is because doctor put more grafts there than other area as I told him I wanted to wear my fringe up when hair grew back.

Can you give me your honest opinion. Should I be worried or am I being paranoid and just need to wait to month 12?

You should wait and see how it looks at 12 months.

BTW what exactly did you have done?

Stay away from doctors who perform mega sessions, have posts deleted, attack posters, sue patients & forum owners, use power drills or robots. I recommend fue with hand punches in the .70-.85 range. I consulted with dozens of clinics over the years and there was a recurring theme regarding FUE among some employees of those other clinics. I was told Bisanga was the man my research told me the same and my experience validated my own research.

Very vague post no graft count given. I had mine in April 2014 2400 fue and great results in October 2014, lucky me. I agree with Topcat some can be late to see results even up to 18 months so calm down and wait.

The other guys are correct. I am of the opinion that 7 months is way too early to judge your final result. After my last procedure with Dr. Umar (6500 FUE grafts), I did not begin to see my surgery manifest until the 6 or 7 month mark. My hair continued to grow, mature, and thicken all the way up to 18 months.

Everyone's physiology is different, but I would definitely venture to say that you should judge your result at the 18 month mark.
